Ingredients For Making Guacamole Dip
- 1 cup boiled suran (yam)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1onion, diced
- 1 green chilli
- ¼ cup coriander
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
Method
- Re-boil the boiled suran to refresh it.
- In a mixer jar, add suran, oil, coriander, and blend it well.
- Take a bowl, add tomatoes, onion, green chilli, and suran paste and mix it.
- Now add oil, and lemon juice in the suran paste and mix it well.
