Ingredients

  • Paneer 200 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • ⅓ cup Cornstarch
  • Water as required
  • 1 small Carrot
  • ½ small Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tsp Chilli vinegar
  • ½ inch Ginger, chopped,
  • small Capsicum,
  • ½ small Onion, sliced
  • 1 ½ tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • Fried paneer
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion, chopped
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chilli sauce
  • Coriander leaves

Paneer Frankie

Preparation

  1. First, we will start with marinating paneer.
  2. In a bowl, add cornstarch, salt to taste, water as required and then mix it well. Now add paneer into the mixture and marinate it really well.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, fry on medium flame until crisp and brown in colour.
  4. Take it on a plate.
  5. Next, we will prepare the salad.
  6. Add carrot, cabbage, salt, chilli vinegar, sugar in a bowl and mix everything well.
  7. Then, we will prepare the sauce; for that, heat oil in a deep pan and add ginger, onion, capsicum and toss it well.
  8. Add water, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and mix it.
  9. Add fried paneer and toss everything well.
  10. Next, we will be adding coriander leaves, spring onion and will mix everything.
  11. Now, take the roti on a plate, spread some mayonnaise and green chilli sauce.
  12. Add the prepared salad, chilli paneer, mayonnaise and chopped spring onion and roll it tightly.
  13. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with chilli sauce.
