Ingredients
- Paneer 200 grams
- Salt to taste
- ⅓ cup Cornstarch
- Water as required
- 1 small Carrot
- ½ small Cabbage, shredded
- 2 tsp Chilli vinegar
- ½ inch Ginger, chopped,
- small Capsicum,
- ½ small Onion, sliced
- 1 ½ tsp Red chilli sauce
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- Fried paneer
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Spring onion, chopped
- Mayonnaise
- Chilli sauce
- Coriander leaves
Preparation
- First, we will start with marinating paneer.
- In a bowl, add cornstarch, salt to taste, water as required and then mix it well. Now add paneer into the mixture and marinate it really well.
- Heat oil in a kadai, fry on medium flame until crisp and brown in colour.
- Take it on a plate.
- Next, we will prepare the salad.
- Add carrot, cabbage, salt, chilli vinegar, sugar in a bowl and mix everything well.
- Then, we will prepare the sauce; for that, heat oil in a deep pan and add ginger, onion, capsicum and toss it well.
- Add water, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and mix it.
- Add fried paneer and toss everything well.
- Next, we will be adding coriander leaves, spring onion and will mix everything.
- Now, take the roti on a plate, spread some mayonnaise and green chilli sauce.
- Add the prepared salad, chilli paneer, mayonnaise and chopped spring onion and roll it tightly.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with chilli sauce.
