 Ingredients For Making Guacamole Dip

  • 1 cup boiled suran (yam)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1onion, diced
  • 1 green chilli
  • ¼ cup coriander
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced


  1. Re-boil the boiled suran to refresh it.
  2. In a mixer jar, add suran, oil, coriander, and blend it well.
  3. Take a bowl, add tomatoes, onion, green chilli, and suran paste and mix it.
  4. Now add oil, and lemon juice in the suran paste and mix it well.

The homemade yam Guacamole is ready to serve. Enjoy this guacamole dip with some nachos, serve this dish with toast and sandwiches and you can add it to your salad dressing as well.
