  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup of chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Egg -1
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips

  1. Take a bowl to mix all the dry ingredients in it.
  2. In another bowl, whisk an egg.
  3. Now, add yoghurt, milk, vanilla, and vegetable oil in the bowl of whisked egg.
  4. With the help of a whisker, mix them all properly.
  5. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  6. Keep doing it until the mixture turns smooth.
  7. Once it is smooth, add it to the dry mixture’s bowl.
  8. Now, take a muffin liner or muffin cups and grease them with oil.
  9. Next, pour the mixture into the cups and add some pieces of chocolate in between the mixture.
  10. Add the Choco chips to the mixture too.
  11. Bake the muffins in the oven for almost 20 mins.
  12. Once the muffins are baked, let them cool for 10 mins before removing them from the moulds.
