Ingredients
- 10-12 Chicken wings
For stuffing
- ¾ cup Bread crumb
- 1 tbsp red chilli paste
- ¾ cup Processed cheese
- To marinate the chicken
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp white pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- 3-4 tbsp Refine flour (Maida)
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Seasoning flour
- 1/2 cup Refine flour (Maida)
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- First of all, take 10-12 chicken wings and trim the bones and pull the meat towards down so that you can get a pocket.
- Take a mixing bowl to add Bread crumbs, red chilli paste, Processed cheese and mix them really well.
- Fill the chicken wings pocket with the stuffing in it.
- Now, take a mixing bowl and add egg, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder and mix it properly and marinate the stuffed chicken.
- Let the marinated chicken rest for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- To the same marinate mixture add corn starch, refined flour, red chilli powder, Garam masala, salt according to your taste and oil.
- Mix it all really well and make a batter out of it.
To prepare a seasoning flour.
- In a mixing bowl, add Refine flour, white pepper, corn starch and salt to taste and mix well.
- At this stage season, the stuffed chicken in the seasoned flour first and then into the batter.
- Take a deep kadhai for frying.
Once the oil is heated on medium flame, fry the chicken till it gets golden brown in colour. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
