Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oats Flour
  • 2 tbsps. Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • A pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery /Powered form/Maple Syrup/Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Take a blender, and put all the wet ingredients together and blend it all.
  3. Blend them into a slightly thin batter.
  4. Now, pour the mixture into a baking pan and add chopped walnuts on top of it, you may also add other dry fruits if you like it that way.
  5. Bake in the preheated air fryer at 160 degrees for 13-15 min.
  6. Make sure your brownies aren’t dry and for that try not to over bake them.

Serve chocolate brownies when hot, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you might also add hot chocolate syrup.
