Mango Falooda is a very quick, easy, and delicious dessert drink that is made with fresh mango puree, chopped mangoes, or mango ice cream. It is a tasty summer Indian dessert full of mango flavors.
The traditional falooda has its origins in Persia usually requires the use of rose syrup, falooda sev or thin vermicelli noodles, basil or tukmaria seeds, and chopped nuts. You can alter and change the flavors by using mango, paan, banana, pineapple, saffron or Kesar, strawberry, mixed fruits, or chocolate, whatever is it that you like.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Rose Syrup
- 5 gm Agar Agar
- ½ cup Mango cubes
- ¼ cup Sabja Seeds, soaked
- ¼ cup Pistachios & Almonds, blanched and peeled
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- ¼ cup Mango Pulp
- Vanilla Ice Cream, as required
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 Mango, peeled into thin strips
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
Garnish
- Rose Syrup
- Mint sprig
- Mango slice
- Black pepper
Preparation

- First of all, soak sabja seeds for 30 minutes.
- Then, take a pan and heat agar agar with water and rose syrup.
- Keep heating it until it thickens and forms a jelly.
- Once done, add the rose syrup jelly to glass and refrigerate it for further use.
- As it forms a layer in the glass, add mango cubes to it.
- Then add soaked sabja seeds.
- Now layer in the blanched and peeled nuts.
- Next, sprinkle some granulated sugar.
- Then scoop some vanilla ice cream and then add milk on top.
- Now top it off with mango strips and condensed milk.
Garnish with a dash of rose syrup, mint sprig, mango slice, and sprinkle some black pepper.
