To make fluffy Rava idli:

  • Roast semolina or Rava on a medium-low flame.
  • Put the right amount of curd.
  • Do not alter the amount of ghee or oil.
  • Try not to use Eno or soda with this recipe because it can give a soapy taste.

Instant idli is the best when you are a working person, it saves a lot of time and efforts. Also, it can be packed for lunch, as it tastes delicious after some time also.

The leftover idli can be fried later on and can be consumed as a whole different snack.
