  1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 400° F.
  2. Add oil to a pan and heat it, and add whole garlic. Cook on medium flame.
  3. Meanwhile, coat each side of the seasoned chicken breast with flour and then dip into the scrambled egg mixture. After that, coat both sides with breadcrumbs.
  4. Now, add these chicken breasts into the pan and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While the chicken is cooking in a pan, add oil, garlic, and tomato sauce and cook it until thick.
  6. Now, flip the chicken onto the other side and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Add 1 cup hot milk and occasionally stir carefully and keep stirring.

  9. Pour this into the boiling milk, mix well and boil for 3 minutes.

  11. Now take the curd kept for straining, untie it.
  12.  The hung curd is ready, now transfer this curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it until smooth consistency.
  13. Now add 1 cup of caramelized milk and whisk smooth.
  14.  Once it combined well, add the remaining milk and whisk again until frothy.
  15.  After that transfer, it into an earthen pot, cover it with foil paper.
  16. Let it rest for 6 hours in a warm place.

  1. In a saucepan, add 4 litres of water and shiitake mushrooms. Let it boil.
  2. Turn the flame off and let the mushrooms stand for 20 minutes to soften.

For Dal

  1. Firstly, soak chana dal in water for 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hours, drain the excess water from the dal and transfer the dal into the pressure cooker.
  3. Then, add 1 1/2 cup of water, salt, turmeric powder, and baking soda.
  4. Cover and cook until one whistle.
  5. After one whistle, turn the flame low and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly.
  7. Now, remove the lid and mash the dal.
  8. For tempering, in a pan, add oil, cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  9. Now add ginger, green chilli, red chillies, asafoetida, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and tomato. Stir well
  10. Then, add salt and red chilli powder. Cook until tomatoes turns tender.
  11. After that, pour the prepared dal over it and mix well.
  12. Add garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix and stir well.
  13. Cook for 1-2 minutes and transfer it into a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.

For Pakwan

  1. Take a large mixing bowl, add flour, salt, carom seeds, and oil.
  2. Mix well and add water gradually and knead the dough well.
  3. Cover the pakwan dough and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, knead the dough again and divide it into small portions.
  5. Take a piece of dough ball and roll, and flatten it.
  6. Place it on a flat board and roll it into a thin disc with a rolling pin.
  7. Prick the pakwan with the fork. By pricking, the pakwan will not puff up while frying.
  8. In a kadai, heat some oil and deep fry the pakwan on medium flame. Fry until crisp and golden.

Minced Chicken

For Chicken Gravy

3 medium onion, chopped
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• ½ tsp basil
• 1 tsp oregano
• 3 cups tomatoes, boiled & chopped
• 1 large garlic head, chopped
• ¼ cup chilli sauce
• 1 kg chicken, minced
• ½ cup pizza sauce
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• ¼ cup soya sauce
• 1 cup of water

For Lasagna Sauce

100 gm butter
• ¼ tsp black pepper powder
• 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
• ½ chilli flakes
• 1-litre milk
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp oregano
• 100 gm cheddar cheese

For layering & Baking

• 2 cups Grated mozzarella cheese
• Prepared chicken gravy
• No-boil oven ready lasagna strips
• Prepared Lasagna sauce
• 2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
• cheese Oil for greasing

Method

For Chicken Gravy

1. In the pan, heat oil, add onion and sauté well.

2. Now add the chopped garlic and sauté till light golden brown.

3. Add minced chicken to it, mix well and cook for 7-8 minutes.

4. Now add red chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder, basil, and oregano and mix well.

5. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.

6. Then add pizza sauce, soya sauce and chilli sauce to it and mix it properly.

7. Add a cup of water, stir and cover it. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.

8. Once it cooked properly, stir it and turn off the flame.

For Lasagna Sauce

1. In a pan, take some butter and allow it to melt on medium flame.

2. Add all-purpose flour and mix it for 2 minutes and be careful; it should not form lumps.

3. Now, add milk in a small amount occasionally and keep mixing.

4. After mixing, add chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder, oregano and mix well.

5. Then add cheddar cheese and keep stirring and mix it properly.

For layering & Baking

1. Grease the baking dish with oil and add a small portion of chicken gravy; spread it nicely.

2. Then, place the lasagna sheet over it and again add chicken gravy and spread it well.

3. Pour the lasagna sauce and add grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

4. Again, cover it with the lasagna sheets and repeat the process two times.

5. At last, load the top layer with cheddar cheese, then with mozzarella cheese.

6. Place it inside the pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180*C.

7. After 35 minutes, take it out from the oven and let it cool for few minutes.

8. Cut it into square pieces and serve it.
