  • 200 grams paneer/ slices
  • 2-3 Potato/boiled/mashed/grated
  • 2 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1  tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 2 tsp Chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander chutney

For batter of pakora 

  • 1 cup Gram flour/  Besan
  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 mI Water
  • Oil for frying

    1. Take a large mixing bowl, and in that bowl, add mashed potatoes, green chilli, red chilli powder, jeera powder, chat masala, and salt.
    2. Mix all the ingredients properly and keep them aside.

    For the preparation of batter. 

    1. According to taste, in a mixing bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
    2. Now, add water as per the thickness of the batter you want.
    3. Spread coriander chutney on one side of the bread slice, thoroughly and overlap with the paneer slice on it.
    4. Now, spread the prepared aloo stuffing on the other side of the bread slice.
    5. Next, cover them with another half slice and cut the edges of the bread slice.
    6. Dip into besan batter covering both sides.
    7. Then, deep fry into the hot oil.
    8. Splash oil over bread pakora and fry on a low-medium flame.
    9. Fry till the pakora turns golden brown in colour and crispy in texture.
    10. Serve bread Pakoda hot, with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.

1. Firstly, add soaked basmati rice and a little water into a mixer grinder jar and grind it into a coarse paste. Keep aside for further use.
2. Secondly, take a large Kadai, add milk and boil it. Stir occasionally and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Now add prepared coarse rice paste and occasionally stir for 5 minutes.
4. Then, in a grinder jar, add sliced mango and grind it into a paste.

  5. Now, take a pan and heat ghee or oil.
  6. Add jaggery and melt it and add 3-4 tbsp water to it.
  7. Cook it for 4 minutes on a low-medium flame and keep stirring.
  8. Cook it till it gets frothy.

Note: Take some water on a plate and add a little amount of melted gur to it; if its dissolve in water, then

  1. cook for few more minutes, and if the syrup floats on the water, then it is ready.
  2. Turn off flame, add crushed peanuts, roasted sesame seeds in the syrup and mix it well.
  3. Take little water in a bowl, and grease your palm with water.
  4. Take a small portion of the mixture and make a small ball of it.
  5. Repeat the process to make laddu from the remaining mixture.

 Note:

  • Make laddu immediately before the mixture gets cold
  • Grease your hands with water before making each laddu.

  11. Then remove them on a paper towel. 
  12. Transfer hot fries to a mixing bowl, sprinkle some salt, and mix well.

Cook The Mouth Watering Dhaba Style Chicken Curry At Home

There are various Famous Chicken Dishes, and one of them is chicken curry. It is made in different styles in various parts of the world; if you are a foodie and want to make authentic Dhaba style chicken curry follow this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Skinless, cleaned and cut into medium-sized pieces

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Juice of a lime
  • 1 tablespoon salt

For the curry:

  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 4 medium Onions finely chopped
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 1½ inches Ginger
  • 3 – 4 Green Chilies (Adjust the spice as required)
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • ½ Cinnamon stick
  • 4 – 5 Cardamoms
  • 8 – 10 Peppercorns
  • 4 – 5 Cloves
  • 4 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder optional;
  • 2 tablespoons coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For tempering:

  • 1 tablespoon Ghee or Oil or tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Chilies Green (slit lengthwise)
  • ½ inch Ginger piece
  • Coriander for garnishing

Preparation

  1. Start with marinating the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Once it is marinated, cover it up and set it aside for almost 30 minutes.
  3. Next, make a fine paste by grinding the onions, ginger, and green chillies.
  4. Now, heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds and all the spices, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorns, and cloves.
  5. Once they splutter, add the onion, ginger, and garlic paste to it and cook on a low flame until the paste turns golden brown.
  6. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder and cook till the tomatoes start melting and almost form a paste.
  7. Add the chicken, garam masala, and ½ cup water.
  8. Now cover the pressure cooker’s lid and let it cook until three whistles.

Plate it in a bowl and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
